Host

Hosts will be responsible for providing guests with menus, greeting guests and seating them at tables or in waiting areas, answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls, take dining reservations and to go orders, completing side work consisting of set out lunch, dessert, cocktails, and bar menus, set up the courtyard, organize coats and shawls, and maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers concerns are addressed. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am - 6:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 4:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense if not returning from the previous season.
