Host

Hosts will be responsible for taking reservations and maintaining the reservations log, greeting guests and seating them at tables, ensuring timeliness of food service, making suggestions to management about improvements in dining room service procedures and layout, ensuring floor plans are set according to reservations and client needs, inspecting the clubhouse to ensure cleanliness and proper set up of dining areas, assisting Servers when they need assistance, including serving food and beverages, bussing tables and/or scooping and serving ice cream for guests. Hosts will also be responsible for assisting in reviewing and printing weekly menu changes with Executive Chef, utilizing the computer system to accurately charge guests, taking orders for takeout over the phone, and assisting in the setup for special events by printing menus, writing signs, and placing serving utensils. May need to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm, 4:00pm to 12:00am. Shift hours may vary.
