Duties
Utilizes checklist for projects to ensure materials are available and ready to load onto trucks for
projects; ensures proper materials, tools, products, etc. assigned to specific projects are delivered on time; drives materials to job sites; ensures materials are returned, unloaded, and stored properly in the warehouse. Requires quick learning, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges; ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment; good written and verbal communication skills; a strong sense of time organization and urgency; and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Requirements
Requires a valid driver's license, 12 months previous experience, lifting up to 50 lbs, Overtime as needed.
Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Knowledge and experience operating a variety of tools, including ladders and some machinery. Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Shifts are from 8am - 5pmand 9pm- 6am, Sunday - Saturday. Shifts will be assigned based on project demands. We want to clarify the information on item F.a.5. During the workweek, which runs from Sunday through Saturday, employees are scheduled to work a 40 hour week. F.a.5. does not allow us to enter such a work schedule. If we enter 8 hours each day, it would show 56 hours a week, which is not an accurate reflection of their work schedule.
"The Employer does not provide board, lodging, or other facilities as a term or
condition of employment. If an overnight stay is required because the assigned
jobsite is sufficiently distant from the employee's normal reporting location, the
Employer will provide or pay for lodging for the period during which the overnight
stay is required.
Although the Employer does not provide housing to employees, upon an employee's
request, the Employer may assist the employee in securing housing by providing a
payroll advance, if needed. Any payroll advance is provided solely as a convenience
to the employee and will be repaid through payroll deductions authorized in writing
by the employee and made in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local
laws.
