Duties
(1) Welcome guest upon arrival and check-in according to established standards and procedures; (2) make and confirm reservations; (3) verify customers' credit card, and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation; (4) provide information about the hotel and surrounding area; and (5) assist all guests with inquiries or issues with their stay.
