Front of House Restaurant Worker

Front of House Restaurant Workers are responsible for host, server, bartending, and expediting duties. While hosting, greet guests and communicate to them waiting times and table assignments, guide them to tables, provide menus and answer questions, then timely communicate table assignments to assigned server. As server, greet guests, take orders for and answer questions about menu items, accurately enter orders into system, ensure orders are correctly prepared in the kitchen, and deliver food and beverages. As bartender, do all listed duties, plus mix alcoholic and other drinks using special recipes, pour draft beer. Perform other shift duties like setting and clearing tables, rolling silverware, expediting your own and other server orders in the kitchen area, assembling salads, refilling condiments and portioning dressings and sides for service, and regular cleaning of front-of-house areas including organizing supplies and condiments, removing trash, surface cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming. Following snow events, sometimes daily when needed to keep operations running, remove snow or ice from walking pathways adjacent to guest registration and rental shop using sand/salt and/or handheld tools such as shovels and snow/ice scrapers.

Strong English language proficiency, customer service skills, and the ability to work on one's feet for long periods.
