Operate and monitor grain conditioning equipment to ensure efficient and safe conditioning of grain to meet quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning conditioning equipment, storage areas, and surrounding facilities. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team. Load semi and deliver grain to ports and terminals. Operate fans and other equipment to condition grain and control moisture levels. Assist in the management and preservation of wildlife habitat on the farm during the migration of waterfowl and deer such as: maintaining wire; removing debris; servicing wetlands; controlling weed pressure; inspect and record wildlife population; maintain adequate levels in ponds and wetland reserve program; Perform manual labor necessary to develop, maintain, or protect areas such as forested areas, woodlands, wetlands. Must be able to speak and understand English.

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
