Chalet-Lodging Unit Attendant

This position services an assigned portfolio of private stand-alone chalets, homes, and nightly rental lodging units (condos/townhomes), performing cleaning, tidying, and guest hospitality duties. Responsibilities may include preparing units for guests; making beds; changing linens and towels; cleaning kitchens, laundry areas, patios, and BBQ grills; light snow removal from entry or patio areas; and assisting guests with local recommendations and operation of home features such as appliances, fireplaces, heating/cooling systems, lighting, and outdoor cooking equipment. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and use of household strength and specialty cleaning products. Chalet/Lodging Unit Attendants receive daily task list, with daily oversight, and hands-on mentoring in a team environment with close supervision from a supervisor or manager daily. Work may be performed alone per unit and/or in teams of attendants for timely turns.

Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements. Must be a minimum 16 years of age. Lift approximately 50 lbs on a regular basis. Stand for long periods of time. Must read, write, and speak fluently in English. Criminal background check pre-hire when residing in employee housing only. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Days and Shifts: 8:00am - 7:00pm. 6 hour shifts, Mon-Sun, 1 day off/week vary. 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Schedule may vary depending on business level. Hours may vary between outlet. Hourly Wage: $19.81/hr (based on merit and past experience with our company) Possible Wage Increase: Annual pay raises are offered for merit for all positions. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $29.72 /hr.
