Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse

Move commodities using augers and other grain handling equipment. Cleaning, screening, separating, sorting, grading, and conditioning seed. Perform incidental routine maintenance to machinery. Perform incidental snow removal. General farm duties such as servicing and cleaning tools, farm facility maintenance. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Farming with: Corn, Soy Bean. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
